  • Action step: Think about this past week. What is one thing (event) where you felt angry? What were your thoughts about that specific event? What did you tell yourself about the person(s) or thing that happened? What did you want instead? How did you want to feel? Challenge you to address that past event with the person(s) using assertive communication
